Abstract
In the engineering execution, the supervision engineer reasonably determines and effectively controls the project cost based on the contract.This is one of important supervision contents of (quality, progress, cost&safety) controls, (contract &information) man-agement and (organization) coordination.In this paper, methods for management of variation flow are explored and summarized according to the construction practice of Nuozhadu Hydropower Project.Furthermore, the function of the project cost management is described brief-ly.关键词
