摘要

Abstract

In the hydraulic power system drived by motor,the three-phase electrical signal of motor is the information source which can reflect the operating status of equipment. The achievement of the accurate and reliable three-phase electrical signal is the foundation of hydraulic equipment status monitoring and the other correlational research. According to the applica-tion requirements,the three-phase electrical signal data acquisition system with LPC2103 as the core was developed. Hall sen-sors are used to acquire voltage and current signal safely and accurately. The combination of SD card storage method and the storage pattern that the serial port sends data to upper computer is adopted for data storage,which can enhance the flexibility of data acquisition system. The developing process of hardware and software is given in this paper.
