中原经济区建设进程中的粮食安全问题探析
On Food Safety in Constructing the Economic Zone in Central Plains
摘要
Abstract
Food safety has a very important strategic position in the process of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone .At present, there are a series of problems about food safety , such as:the increase of the rigid demand of food , the continuous increase of the contradiction between supply and demand , the shortage of resources , more difficulties for the increase of grain yield , the imperfect grain circulation system , market regulation being more difficult , foreign investment in agriculture , the existence of hidden dangers in food safety.For the above problems, we must take into consideration seriously , make an overall plan and bring forth new ideas about the solutions and strategies:to enhance the protection of cultivated land , to strengthen the support of science and technology , to make innovations about related mechanism , to strengthen policy support , to increase financial investment and to improve market access threshold.关键词
