Abstract
Handover parameters should be configured specifically and appropriately in terms of different cases, different users and various requirements, in order to guarantee the users’ experience. So this paper analyzes the new operational requirements based on the development of WCDMA network, and proposes configure schemes for handover parameters in various requirements, and demonstrates them in current networks.关键词
