摘要
Abstract
Objective To realize effective control on the procurement cost of medical equipment through application of the appropriate purchasing mode and establishment of complete and standardized procurement system. Methods A Grade IIA hospital is cited in this paper as an example to show that the medical equipment management system is strictly implemented with application of procurement methods like application value analysis and public bidding and how to lower the procurement cost. Results Effective reduction of medical equipment purchasing cost is achieved. Conclusion The suitable bidding procurement method is applied together with establishment of a complete and standardized purchasing system to control the medical equipment procurement cost in a scientiifc way so as to lower the comprehensive cost of hospitals.关键词
