热断层扫描评估甲状腺疾病的试验研究
Experimental Study of the Evaluation of Thermal Texture Maps on Thyroid Disease

Abstract
Objective To assess and diagnose thyroid disease by using thermal texture maps and ultrasonography, and compare the goodness of ift for these two methods so that the assessed value of TTM on thyroid disease can be evaluated. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 1344 cases who were detected by using TTM and color Doppler ultrasonography for thyroid disease. Positive and negative data obtained by TTM and abnormal and normal data obtained by color Doppler ultrasonography were analyzed by using diagnostic test fourfold table in order to get the evaluation indexes. Than usingκcoefifcient test to compare diagnosis results of the two methods. Results The assessment speciifcity of TTM on thyroid disease was better(70.3%), and its accuracy and sensitivity were 61.8%and 52.4%, respectively. The goodness of fit of the two diagnostic methods was poor(κ=0.229, P=0.000<0.05). Conclusion As one of the medical projects, TTM has certain application value in early screening of thyroid disease. However, as one of new functional imaging technologies, TTM should be constantly improved by using mature image technologies.关键词
