Abstract
In comparison of the conventional medical examination application forms with the electronic ones, this paper takes practices of electronic medical examination application forms in the aspects of clinical applications and appointment in the corresponding departments into account, and demonstrates that the electronic ones play significant roles in enhancing service quality and improving scientific management in the hospital.关键词
