Abstract
Cationic yel ow X-5GL and X-8GL mixed dye was analyzed using the multi-wavelength thin layer scanning and chemometrics through oblique projection method. Oblique projection method could sepa-rate quantity spectral signal from mixed spectrum signal using projection, and calculate and analyze the sepa-rated signal to obtain the content of measured component. The results showed that when two kinds of dye sample quantity range was 0.5~2.5 μg, the sample quantity and absorbance integral value had a good linear re-lationship, and the correlation coefficient R were 0.999 4 and 0.999 5, respectively. The measured RSD of cat-ionic yel ow X-5GL and X-8GL in the mixed dye solution were lower than the traditional TLC method.关键词
