Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of triptorelin (Injectable triptorelin 3.75mg/bot le), which can benefit the surgery by reducing the volume of uterus on patient with a uterus large than 12 weeks pregnancy. Methods: 33 patients with uteri larger than 12 weeks pregnancy which diagnosed by outpatient color Doppler ultrasound were selected in the case group. They were given intramuscular injection of 3.75mg triptorelin every second day of menstrual cycle for three months before they had laparoscopic panhysterectomy. 35 patients with same size of uteri were selected in the control group. They had laparoscopic panhysterectomy without injection of triptorelin. Results: The case group had less blood loss during panhysterectomy, shorter time of surgery, lower risk of fever, shorter hospital stay. The dif erence between case group and control group is statistical significant. Conclusion: Injection of triptorelin before performing surgery on uterus that is larger than 12 weeks pregnancy can reduce the volume of uterine, reduce the circulation of uterus, decrease the quantity of blood loss during surgery.关键词
