Abstract
Objective Explore tuberculosis of the spine imaging manifestations and diagnostic value of CT examination. Methods Select our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009, 37 cases of spinal tuberculosis patients admit ed to the clinical CT imaging data of al patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results 12 cases lesion: 5 cases of cervical vertebra, thoracic vertebra, lumbar vertebra tuberculosis (TB) 20 cases. Single vertebral body lesions in 14 cases, multiple vertebral body lesions in 23 cases, involving the most 4 vertebral body. CT manifestations: CT manifestation of spinal tuberculosis of bone destruction and deformation of spinal canal stenosis, beside the dead bone formation, vertebral abscess and vertebral body compression change, etc. Conclusion CT examination for the diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis, due to its high resolution, can be very clear to check the vertebral body bone destruction and accessories, at the same time also can check the scope of lesions, and significantly improve the pathological changes of preoperative assessment and postoperative analysis results.关键词
