Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of Seroxat in the treatment of migraine with depression or anxiety. Methods Select our department (outpatient and inpatient wards) in January 2012 to May 2013 were treated with depression or anxiety symptoms of migraine suf erers in 70 cases,according to the random digit grouping divided into a control group and the treatment group 35 cases,the control group were treated with flunarizine 5mg, 1times/d;treatment group were based on the use of Seroxat 20mg,1times/d,treatment for 16weeks. Results The ef ective rate was 91.4%, significantly higher than the 74.29 percent in the treatment group depression,anxiety remission rate was significantly higher,headache duration and number of episodes was significantly lower than the control group,two groups, P<0.05,the dif erence was statistical y significant. Treatment group had mild symptoms subgroup of 32 patients was significantly bet er than the control group, 14 cases, the two groups P<0.05, statistical y significant dif erence. There are certainly symptoms,symptoms of heavy and very heavy symptom subgroups treated patients was significantly less than the control group. Two groups P<0.05,statistical y significant dif erence. The results showed that patients treated with depression, anxiety state improvement than the control group. Conclusion Treatment with Seroxat depression or anxiety, migraine significant clinical ef ect, should be widely applied.关键词
