摘要
Abstract
Objective To identity Zingiberis rhizome by gas chromatography mass spectrometry technique, and combine NIST2008 mass spectrometry library searching, determined the relative percentage of each component content by peak area normalization method. Results 42 components were tentatively identified, the amount of the identified ingredients were more than 82.4% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion The method is reliable and stable, with a good reproducibility, suitable for the identification of Zingiberis rhizome.关键词
