Abstract
Objective To investigate the occurrence of lung cancer after radiotherapy in patients with radiation pneumonitis nursing. Methods 92 cases of radiation pneumonitis were al with 6 MV X or line, each target dose 180~200Gy, 5 times a week, total lung dose 60~70 G y, first set before and after irradiation field do not wear rules wild, wild ramps for wear after the change. Patients with good psychological care, respiratory care, nursing fever, cough, and inhalation care, life care. Results 92 cases of 66 cases of asymptomatic patients, the cure rate of 71.5%, 26 cases after timely symptomatic treatment did not cause pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusions strengthen the observation, careful care can ef ectively control radiation pneumonitis, so that patients successful y completed radiotherapy treatment planning.关键词
