华东北部地区禽肿瘤性传染病流行病学调查
Epidemiological Investigation on Infectious Tumor Diseases of Poultry in North Part of East China
摘要
Abstract
Epidemiological investigation on avian infectious tumor diseases in North Part of East China was performed by PCR method. 600 samples from asymptomatic chickens and 200 samples from symp-tomatic chickens was collected for the investigation,covering Langya laying hen, Hyline chicken, AA broiler and Avian broiler chicken.The result showed, Marek’s disease infection rate was 3.3%to 4.4%in asymptomatic chickens and mortality was 70.9%to 78.3%in symptomatic chickens;Avian leukosis in-fection rate was 8.3%to 11.6%in asymptomatic chickens and mortality was 4.4%to 6.6%in symptomatic chickens;Reticuloendotheliosis infection rate was 4.3%to 5.5%in asymptomatic chickens and the mor-tality was 4.4%to 6.7%in symptomatic chickens. Vaccination and management should be strengthened to reduce hazards resulted from tumor diseases in avian flocks.关键词
