我国地勘单位改革发展趋势及建议
On the Trend of Reform and Development of Geological Exploration Units
摘要
Abstract
The current economic development of our country has entered the new normal. Therefore, the emphasis of geological exploration units' efforts will be placed on providing social services and establishing a sound modern corporate structure based on their actual needs, so that they can realize the leap development in a market economy. This paper argues that to meet the market demand, geological exploration units must optimize integration, actively expand service areas, and step up efforts to overseas exploration to increase the inlfuence upon economy and society. On this account, this paper suggests that geological exploration units should ifnd a suitable position in society, recognize social and industrial responsibility, strive for favorable macroeconomic policy, fully exploit the potential advantages of human, money and material, and make efforts to serve the local economic development. On the other hand, the departments responsible for mineral resources should strengthen the top-level design, and guide the units to exchange the experience in the reform. Meanwhile, they should enhance the efforts to supervision and management to promote the healthy development of the geological exploration trade.关键词
