城市土地利用效率评价研究——以北京市为例
Research on the Evaluation of Urban Land Use Efifciency—ACase Study of Beijing
摘要
Abstract
This paper establishes evaluation index system of urban land use efifciency from the aspects of labor input, capital input, economic output, ifnancial income, and resident's income and expenditure of Beijing; and carries out empirical evaluation research by the quantitative model. This study result shows that there is an obvious regional difference with regard to urban land use efifciency of 18 districts in Beijing, which is characterized by the"ring-layer", that is, higher in the center city districts, slightly lower in the suburban areas, and lower in the outer suburban districts. This paper goes on to look at that urban land use efifciency is bound up with the conditions of regional development, the positioning of the city function, the intensity of building land control and the inefifcient land development, and the growth degree of the urban land market. For that reason, we should devote our efforts to work out scientiifc urban and land use planning,innovate diversiifed land supply model, establish incentive and restraint mechanisms for land redevelopment and utilization.关键词
