Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury.Methods:60 patients after traumatic brain injury were selected from March 2014 to March 2013.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the parity of hospitalized tail number,each group had 30 cases.Patients in the treatment group were given hyperbaric oxygen treatment,while patients in the control group taken normal oxygen treatment, then we compared the effects on cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury of patients in two groups.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,and the control group was 91.4%.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is good for cognitive impairment in patients after traumatic brain injury,and benefit for their prognosis,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
