Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of ceftriaxone and azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods:76 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.Patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin, while the observation group was treated with azithromycin and ceftriaxone.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results:The effect of treatment in the control group was a bit poor,and the excellent and good rate reached only 78.95%.The effect of treatment in the observation group was better,and the excellent and good rate was as high as 97.37%.In the observation group, the excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that in control group.In the control group,the adverse reaction rate was 13.16%.In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reaction was 5.26%.In the observation group,adverse symptoms were significantly less than the control group.Conclusion:The effect of ceftriaxone and azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children was significant,and the adverse symptoms were less.It was worthy of recommendation.关键词
