Analysis of the clinical value of levothyroxine in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of levothyroxine in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:124 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with before treatment,in the observation group,the TSH level was significantly lower.FT3 and FT4 were significantly increased.In the control group,TSH,FT3 and FT4 had no obvious change,but compared with the observation group,in the control group,TSH index was relatively high. Conclusion:Levothyroxine had a significant effect on the improvement of thyroid function in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism,at the same time,it also can promote the decrease of serum lipid in patients,and it was worth the clinical promotion and application.关键词
