肩胛颈骨折手术与非手术治疗的临床对比研究
Clinical comparative study of operation and non operation treatment of scapular neck fracture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of operation and non operation treatment of scapular neck fracture.Methods:42 patients with scapular neck fracture were selected from October 2010 to October 2014.According to the clinical manifestations of patients and their own choice,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group with 24 patients was treated with operation treatment.The control group with 18 patients was treated with non operation treatment.We observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment was 75%;in the control group,the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment was 61.1%;the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the course of treatment of patients with scapular neck fracture,surgical treatment can improve the excellent rate of clinical treatment;reconstruction of shoulder joint stability is better;it can reduce complications.Compared with non operative treatment,it has a more significant effect,and it is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
