玻璃酸钠与臭氧用于骨性膝关节炎的疗效观察
Observation on the curative effect of sodium hyaluronate and ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Patients in the control group only treated with sodium hyaluronate in intra-articular injection,while the study group were treated with sodium hyaluronate combined ozone in intra-articular injection, then we compared the curative effect between two groups.Results:After treated for 3 weeks and 6 weeks,the degree of pain in patients of the two groups both were significantly decreased than before(P＜0.05),while the study group decreased more significantly(P＜0.05);the excellent and good rate of the treatment in the study group was 93.3%,significantly higher than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone in the way of intra-articular injection can significantly improve the treatment effect on knee osteoarthritis,and also relieve the clinical symptoms.关键词
