Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of treatment of hemabate combined with uterine packing in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods:104 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section of placenta previa were selected from October 2012 to December 2014.According to the different ways of treatment,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin combined with uterine packing,and the observation group was treated with hemabate on the basis of the control group.We observed the amount of bleeding in 2 hours,the amount of bleeding in 24 hours, diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure, pulse rate and oxygen saturation,and compared the total efficiency of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,in the control group,the total efficiency was 82.69%;in the observation group,the total efficiency was 98.08%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the amount of bleeding in 2 hours,the amount of bleeding in 24 hours,the observation group was significantly less than the patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,pulse rate and oxygen saturation,there was not much of difference in two groups of patients,and there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment process of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section of placenta previa,using hemabate treatment can achieve ideal hemostasis and treatment effect,reduce complications,and it had strong clinical application value,and it was worthy of promotion.关键词
