自血疗法配合穴位注射及窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病36例临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of autohemotherapy combined with acupoint injection and narrow band ultraviolet B in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B;the treatment group was treated with autohemotherapy combined with acupoint injection and narrow band ultraviolet B.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 94.3%;that of the control group was 76%;the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).We compared the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) before and after treatment of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).We compared the PASI score after treatment of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of autohemotherapy combined with acupoint injection and narrow band ultraviolet B in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris was significant.关键词
