Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medical science of adult femoral head necrosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medical science of adult femoral head necrosis.Methods:94 patients with Qi Zhi Xue Yu type,114 patients with Gan Shen Kui Xu type and 110 patients with Shi Re Nei Zu type were selected.They were respectively treated with Tao Hong Si Wu Decoction,Bu Xue Rong Jin Pill and Bai Hu Gui Zhi Decoction combined with Xuan Bi Decoction.Results:After treatment of 3 types of patients,compared with before treatment,Harris score was improved significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The clinical treatment of the excellent and good rate of 3 types of patients reached over 60%,among them,the treatment effect of Gan Shen Kui Xu type was the best,and the excellent and good rate reached 83.3%,compared with the other 2 syndromes,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The effect of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medical science of adult femoral head necrosis was satisfied,and it was worth the clinical promotion.关键词
