高频超声对手腕部腱鞘炎的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of wrist tenosynovitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the ultrasonic image characteristics and clinical diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of wrist tenosynovitis.Methods:26 cases of wrist tenosynovitis patients were selected.They were given the high frequency ultrasound and follow-up and postoperative pathology.Results:In the stenosing tenosynovitis,tendon sheath was different degree of thickening,tendon was limited in tendon sheath for sliding,local blood flow signal was increased;in tuberculous tenosynovitis,the internal echo was no ganglion,irregular debris echo was visible,probe pressure visible content to move back and forth;we see the contents with moving back and forth with probe pressure;in suppurative tenosynovitis,bone cortex echo was fuzzy, part discontinuous change.Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound had important value in clinical diagnosis of wrist tenosynovitis.关键词
