Clinical value of serum CA125 detection in the diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of serum CA125 detection in the diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma,to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis.Methods:112 patients with suspected endometrial cancer were selected from June 2013 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation and the control group.Before operation,the observation group was given serum CA125 and serum HE4 detection;the control group was given the detection of serum HE4.According to the test results,the disease of patients was diagnosed.According to the result of pathological diagnosis in operation,we evaluated the results,and made comparison between groups.Results:The sensitivity of 58.3% in the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the specificity of 88.6% in the observation group was lower than that of control group,but there was no significant difference(P＞0.05);in the observation group,the detection of compliance was 94.6%,which was lower than 96.4% in the control group,and there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Detection of serum CA125 for endometrial cancer assistant diagnosis and condition judgment can improve the detection sensitivity,on the basis of ensuring the basic diagnostic specificity and compliance,and it had important clinical value.关键词
