Abstract
Objective:To explore the combined diagnosis value of FibroScan and multi parameter model in liver fibrosis and cirrhosis.Methods:52 patients with liver fibrosis and 27 patients with liver cirrhosis were selected.AST,ALT,G and PLT levels were detected to calculate FibroIdex.FIB-4 and APRI model values,FibroScan was examined.We evaluated the efficiency of combined with the parameters and FibroScan model diagnosis and a separate diagnosis for liver fibrosis and cirrhosis.Results:In liver cirrhosis group,compared with the hepatic fibrosis group,APRI,FIB-4,FibroIndex and FibroScan were significantly increased, and within groups showed a rising trend,FibroScan was significantly associated with the three model(P＜0.05);the multi parameter model combined with FibroScan can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and AUC.Conclusion:FibroScan combined with multi parameter model can improve the diagnostic accuracy of hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis.关键词
