摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing cooperation quality in laparoscopic operation by application of details management.Methods:Since August 2013,we used the details management in the laparoscopic operation,through deepening of the details management idea,strengthening consciousness of ursing staff on details management,and applicated this management in the whole process of laparoscopic operation,then we observed the quality change on nursing cooperation in laparoscopic operation, and compared with before.Results:After implementing the detail management the incidence of adverse events(1.07% ) was significantly reduced than before(12.69% ),and the patients satisfaction for doctor(96.53% ) also significantly higher than that before implementing the detail management(76.3% ),P＜0.05.Conclusion:After taken the detail management in laparoscopic operation,the inadequacy rate and missing rate of equipment preparation had effectively reduced.In addation,it also effectively improved the nursing quality,and acquireed satisfactory results,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
