Abstract
Objective:To investigate the condition and related factors of active pulmonary tuberculosis,in order to provide the reference for the formulation of prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis in solution.Methods:We collected the datas of active pulmonary tuberculosis as the research object from January 2012 to December 2013,we used ratio,constituent ratio and using rate indexs to do the descriptive analysis and evaluation on all of the collected datas;we used multiple linear regression analysis in turn method to screening the related factors on the registration rate of active tuberculosis.Results:In 2013 the number of active pulmonary tuberculosis and smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis and new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients compared to 2012 decreased obviously trend;while the patients of active pulmonary tuberculosis registration rate compared with 2012 was on the rise;various resistant rate all showed increasing trends.Conclusion:For the state of active pulmonary tuberculosis and its main related factors,the relevant departments and the government should give height to take seriously,strengthen the control strength on the epidemic,especially for the control of active pulmonary tuberculosis in adolescents and elderly groups,but also the need for relevant professionals are extended,enhancement of medical and health personnel training strength,that are important measures to effectively prevent and control tuberculosis.关键词
