Livin在人成釉细胞瘤中的表达及其意义研究
Expression and significance of Livin in human ameloblastomas
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of Livin protein in human meloblastomas(ABs),and to reveal the role of Livin in ABs. Methods By immunohistochemistry ,Western-blot and reverse transcription PCR the expressions of liv-in protein were observed on 80 cases of ameloblastomas tissues. Results The positive expression rate of Livin protein was higher in the star of the network and external layer of cells in ameloblastomas. By Western-blot,compared to normal mucosa,the expression of Livin in ABs was higher than that in normal mucosa(P<0.05);we detected the expression of Livin mRNA expression in ABs by reverse transcription PCR,the expression of Livin in ABs was higher than that in nor-mal mucosa(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of Livin is associated with AB histogenesis,suggesting that Livin is involved in tumourigenesis.关键词
