Research progress of the roles of Notch signaling pathway in craniomaxillofacial intramembranous ossification
摘要
Abstract
Intramembranous ossification is regulated and affected by many signal pathways. Notch signaling pathway plays important roles in bone formation. Abnormal Notch signaling pathway leads to the bone deformities. Understanding the function of Notch signaling pathway in osteogenesis reveals mechanisms of various bone deformities,especially crani-omaxillofacial bone deformities. This article focuses on functions of Notch signaling pathway and its regulation on osteo-genesis.关键词
