Design and realization of decision-support platform for the New Rural Cooperative Medical System
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve a series of problems on spreading complicated techniques in implementing the New Rural Cooperative Medical System(NRCMS)in grass roots and follow the principle of“safety,accuracy,humanization and easily operating”,the research group developed a decision-support platform of the NRCMS on the basis of“Struts+Spring+Hibernate”framework. The decision-support platform included five functional modules:information collection and database importing,scheme evaluation,scheme development,scheme amendment and system management,which was provided as a simple and convenient tool to develop reimbursement plans for the grass-roots managers.关键词
