Abstract
Objective:The Delphi Method was used to set up the assessment index system for the elderly health care model of designated hospitals in Shanghai. Methods:Experts were selected in accordance with the subject of study and questionnaire surveys were conducted. Results:Totally 45 experts participated in the two-round questionnaire surveys,with most of them having associate senior professional title or above in the areas of administration,health management education,hospital management and clinical geriatric medicine. The authority coefficient of the two-round surveys was 0.800 and 0.805,respectively. The assessment index system formulated included 8 first-grade indexes,51 second-grade indexes and 107 third-grade indexes. Conclusion:The assessment index system for the elderly health care model of designated hospitals in Shanghai is preliminarily established based on the surveys,which provides a practical measurement for the promotion and application of the elderly health care model.关键词
