通过对江西省的调查,结果表明各级疾控机构的人力资源的状况与其逐步扩展的职能不相适应。存在人数偏少,职称学历偏低,学科专业不配套等问题,并据此提出人力资源开发对策。

The research in Jiangxi province found that the human resources situation of disease control agencies became incompatible with their gradual expansion functions. The number of people with higher professional titles was relatively small,and the related professional discipline problems still existed. Thus,human resource development countermeasures were proposed.
