Clinical Significance of Serum Levels of IL-5,ECP and IgE Detection in Children with Cough Variant Asthma
目的：检测咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）患儿血清白介素5（IL-5）、嗜酸细胞阳离子（ECP）及IgE的水平变化，观察其在CVA中的临床价值。方法：检测CVA患儿30例（急性发作期组18例，缓解期组12例），哮喘急性发作期患儿20例，正常健康儿童20例血清IL-5、ECP及IgE指标的水平，并作对比分析和相关性比较。结果：CVA患儿发作期血清IL-5、ECP及IgE水平明显高于缓解期及正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；缓解期组IL-5…查看全部>>
Objective:To study the clinical significance of detecting serum levels of IL-5,ECP and IgE in children with CVA.
