Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of tonifying qi and yin mass-eliminating recipe in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Method:80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,the control group and the observation group,each group had 40 cases. The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was treated with tonifying qi and yin mass-eliminating recipe. Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%(28/40),and that of the observation group was 87.5%(35/40). The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group evidently(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tonifying qi and yin mass-eliminating recipe treating early diabetic nephropathy has evident effect.关键词
