摘要
Abstract
Objective:To further explore propofol compound remifentanil intravenous anesthesia in the application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method:The data of ourhospital from December 2010 to June 2012 to 48 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthesia were randomized equally into 2 groups:observation group and control group,each group of 24 cases.The observation group using propofol compound remifentanil intravenous anesthesia,the control group using propofol compound fentanil intravenous anesthesia.Each group observe hemodynamic changes,spontaneous breathing time,drawing the endotracheal tube time,incidence of restless during postanaesthetic recovery,postoperative nausea and vomiting.Result:The results showed that the time of spontaneous breathing,drawing the endotracheal tube,in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effect of postoperative nausea and vomiting in control group was lower significantly than that in observation group(P<0.05).There was no difference on the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in each group.There was no obvious change in the observation hemodynamic changes.Conclusion:Propofol compound remifentanil intravenous anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy with surgical trauma in small,the time is short,less bleeding,easy to accept patients etc,and is worth clinical promotion.关键词
