硫酸镁联合碳酸钙治疗子痫前期的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect for magnesium sulfate combined with calcium carbonate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Method:The clinical data of 118 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group(n=59),the treatment group was given magnesium sulfate combined with calcium carbonate,and the control group was only given magnesium sulfate.After the treatment,the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed. Result:The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 93.22%,higher than 84.75% of the control group.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The blood viscosity,haematocrit,24 h urinary protein quantitative had no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The blood viscosity of the treatment group after treatment was(2.21±0.62)mPa·s,haematocrit was(35.71±5.22)%,24 h urinary protein quantitative was(1.04±0.29 g/24 h)were significantly lower than the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The magnesium sulfate combined with calcium carbonate in the treatment of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can significantly improve the blood indicators,reduce urinary protein quantity,and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.关键词
