摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the compliance in elderly hypertensive patients and nursing measures and effect. Method:The clinical study of 300 cases of elderly hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 between January as observation objects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,patients in the control group did not accepted the nursing intervention,patients in the experimental group received nursing intervention,compliance and nursing effects were compared between two groups. Result:The patients in the experimental group,blood pressure control and medication compliance were significantly better than the control group,there was significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion:From the clinical study results,elderly hypertensive patients in the conventional antihypertensive therapy,received systematic nursing intervention,it is contribute to the blood pressure levels in patients with control and compliance increase.关键词
