摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of standardized prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetal malformations. Method:4112 pregnant women(4147 fetues)were diagnosed at 12 weeks’gestation-term delivery by standardized two-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography.The test results were compared with the results acquired after labor or induced labor.Result:In 4147 fetues,67 cases with fetal malformations were found and 59 cases were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography.Another 8 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion:Standardized prenatal ultrasonography is a important means for prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations,which plays a very significant role in decreasing fetal birth defects and improving the quality of the population.关键词
