摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the type of Pathogenic microorganisms induced diarrhea in infants.Summarizes the different infection differences in terms of age,to provide clinical experience for the prevention of infant infection.Method:235 cases of infantile diarrhea treated in our hospital neonatal as study group,all patients were test of pathogenic microorganisms. Through the analysis of the test results,grasp the types of pathogenic microorganisms. Result:Rotavirus was the most common pathogen of infantile diarrhea,and the infection was significantly associated with age in children(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laboratory can found pathogenic microorganism in children with diarrhea,according to the infection types doctors can choice the drug to treate.关键词
