Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the clinical characteristics of nosocomial urinary tract infection of elderly patients.Method:240 elderly patients in our hospital from December 2011 to February 2013 were selected as research object,and the urinary tract infection rate of all the patients was analyzed,the infection rate of patients with different gender,ages,basic disease,with or without other infection and invasive operation were compared,then the pathogenic bacteria distribution were analyzed.Result:21 cases of 240 elderly patients were with nosocomial urinary tract infection,the rate was 8.75%,the infection rate of patients with female,≥70 years old,basic disease≥2 kinds,other infection and invasive operation were higher than those of other patients,and the rate of escherichia coli in all pathogenic bacteria was the highest,and it was obviously higher than those of other pathogenic bacteria,there were all significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The more risk factors of nosocomial urinary tract infection in elderly patients,and the detection rate of escherichia coli is highest.关键词
