Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and application value of totally transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method:55 cases in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed completely by the transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with clinical data. Result:The operations of 46 cases were successfully completed.6 cases into traditional three holes laparoscopic surgery.3 case into open cholecystectomy.Average surgery time was 46.4 minutes(40-160 minutes). No drainage tube was placed.No portrelated or surgical complications such as bile leak or uncontrolled hemorrhage occurred postoperatively. Patients were satisfied with the therapeutic and cosmetic effects.Conclusion:The transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible,but more difficult than traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy.indications should be carefully chosen,and surgeons must be familiar with the traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The minimally invasive and cosmetic result is much better than the traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy.It can achieve the purpose of no visible scars at the abdomen,and has clinical value of generalization.关键词
