Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid biological monitoring techniques in implant sterilization effect monitoring. Method:Randomly selected from our hospital in December 2011-December 2012 of 300 the implantable surgical instruments and implants,for fast biological monitoring.Observed the fluorescence reaction of biological indicators to determine the sterilization effect.The 300 high-pressure effect at the same time for 48 hours of traditional culture,comparated effectiveness difference.Result:The 300 rapid bioassay results showed that all qualified,no clinically not complete sterilization of surgical instruments or implants cause infections.300 rapid bioassay results with the traditional 48-hour culture test results were consistent with the two sets of data,which was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The rapid biological monitoring techniques in the detection of the effect of implant sterilization effect is reliable,fast and efficient,which is the ideal biological detection technology,a strong guarantee for the safe use of surgical instruments and implants to improve,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
