摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study Malian saddle 75% ethanol extract of the root macroporous resin column 60% ethanol elution the chemical constituents. Method:Used such as silica gel Column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid separated means to separate the chemical components,and then by NMR determined its chemical structure. Result:The isolated three white powder compounds;NMR chart determine if it was a cardiac glycosides. The three compounds were 6-O-acetylperiplogenin(1),periplogenin 3-O-β-D-digitoxoside(2), digitoxigenin gentiobioside(3),where in the compound 1 was a species within the first minute. Conclusion:The method Malian chemical constituents of the saddle has a good application value. Can be applied to the further development of Malian saddle.关键词
