摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the misdiagnosis reason and prevent strategy of multiple myeloma.Method:The clinical manifestations and misdiagnosis reasons of four cases of misdiagnosed multiple myeloma in our hospital were analyzed.Result:Four patients were misdiagnosed as pneumonia,osteoporosis,anemia,nephritis,respectively.Conclusion:The misdiagnosis rate of multiple myeloma was higher,and the understanding of this disease should be further improved to reduce misdiagnosis.关键词
