摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of the clinical treatment of 38 cases of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage.Method:38 cases of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 were selected,according to their different condition divided patients into 19 cases for comparison group and 19 cases for observation group.Both groups carried out oxytocin binding hypertonic crystal plastic mixture for treatment,while the observation group added Carboprost tromethamine for treatment.Then compared these two groups of patients with laboratory testing index,and evaluated their clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Result:The patients in the observation group showed efficiency and total effective rate were 89.5%respectively,which were significantly superior to the patients in the comparison group had a rate of 73.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Finally draw the conclusion that in the treatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage,the use of oxytocin binding hypertonic crystal glue mixture,plus carboprost tromethamine injection treatment can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding in patients.Therefore it has a high clinical value.关键词
