布地奈德联合可必特雾化吸入治疗急性发作期支气管哮喘疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of inhalating nebulizion Budesonide with Combivient solution in the treatment of acute exacerbation asthma. Method:52 patients with mild to moderate acute exacerbation asthma were divided into two groups. The treatment group and the comparison group each had 26 cases. The treatment group was treated with inhalating nebulizion Budesonide(1 mg)with Combivient(Ipratropium bromide 0.5 mg+Salbutamol 3 mg)solution twice everyday and routine therapy(antibiotic treatment,lifting of bronchospasm,and reduce phlegm). Comparison group was treated by routine therapy. The experiment lasted 5 days. Clinical symptom,lung function(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%,PEF%)and harmful effect were observed and compared before and after the experiment. Invasive mechanical ventilation was used when necessary. Result:Compared with the comparison group,the treatment group cases’ clinical symptom and flung function had improved obviously. The differences was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:The combination of Budesonide and Combivient nebulizing solution is effective in treatment of patients with acute exacerbation asthma,worthy of promotion.关键词
