摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and hypertension and its effect on blood pressure rhythm of day and night change.Method:Measured the Department after several sleep apnea monitoring(PSG)confirmed 160 cases of obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in patients with blood pressure,and grading the risk,analysis of patients with apnea hypopnea index(AHI)relationship with the extent and risk of hypertension.Result:With AHI were divided into three groups,hypertension prevalence rate of each group had statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Correlation and risk the severity of AHI and blood pressure were positive(P<0.01). Conclusion:OSAHS as a risk factor for hypertension,obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)has significantly higher incidence of hypertension in healthy people;and simple compared to patients with hypertension,pronounced differences of circadian changes of blood pressure rhythm in patients with OSAHS.关键词
