Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application values of joint detection with serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Method:40 cases with lung cancer,30 cases with pulmonary infection and 20 cases with healthy subjects were chosen,respectively forming the lung cancer group, the control group and the healthy group. Chemiluminiscence was used to test the CEA level,EUSA method was used to test the levels of CYFRA21-1,NSE and CA125. Analysis was carried ot about the level of tumor markers among these three groups. Result:The level of serum tumor markers for the cases with lung cancer was significantly higher than that of the control group and the healthy group(P<0.05). The accuracy rate and sensitivity of joint detection were significantly higher than those of single detection on the diagnosis of lung cancer(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in specificity between them(P>0.05). Conclusion:With better accuracy rate and sensitivity than single detection,joint detection with serum tumor markers can serve as important basis for the early diagnosis of lung cancers.关键词
